School-Based Consultation: Ethical Solutions for BAs

The presenter offered many considerations of working in schools. I loved all of the references to research. I will use those. I think conflict resolution is particularly important for a BCBA not necessarily an RBT. Anyway it was fantastic.

Restraint and Seclusion in Public Schools

A must for any professional in a caring for others field. It is a hard topic. I encourage you to listen and really soak in the information and look for new information (since it is 2 years old now). This is not an "just get an easy ECU" topic. We need to create the change we want to see.
